“Did premium whale watching with Arctic Sea in Dalvik. Speed boat is fast so don’t forget gloves, hat and glasses. Seen 3‑4 whales. Trip took longer than 2h. speed boat trip is 2x expensive but will get you closer to the whales.”

“It was a breathtaking experience. We had a very nice guide who told us many interesting facts about the whales and he had an exact idea from where the whales were at the day. Furthermore we had a very talented captain who led the boat skillful to the whales without scaring them. We saw so many whales and were able to take lots of photos and videos. Some of the animals were really close. At the end we even got hot chocolate and cinnamon buns. It was worth the price!!!”

“Booking a classic whale watching tour from Dalvik with ArcticSeaTours was indeed a good decision which I can recommend to others. The tour takes you around Eyjafjörður Fjord past Hrisey island. The smaller boat typically identifies first the whale and communicates this to the bigger boats. We have majorly followed the same humpback whale but it was interesting to closely observe the behaviour of such creatures whilst they’re feeding and breathing at specific and replicable time intervals. Fascinating experience!”
